Brian Richardson
Chief Executive Officer
Brian Richardson, a proud native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, has called Cadiz home since 1989. He is a devoted husband to Robbi Anne and father to two daughters, Alyssa and Lillian. Brian began his entrepreneurial journey in 1994 while working the night shift at Johnson Controls. What started as a side hustle—just one man and a truck—eventually became Crystal Clean, a business that grew steadily thanks to Brian’s relentless work ethic and his deep passion for treating every customer like family.
Crystal Clean expanded its services over the years, and by 2017, it was offering full-scale commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services. In 2018, after stepping away from his current full time job at UPS Brian made the strategic decision go full time in his cleaning adventures and to split his growing business into two entities: Precision Pro Wash KY, which focused on exterior cleaning and pressure washing, and Crystal Clean Services, which continued to handle janitorial and carpet care.
Brian’s reputation for customer satisfaction, quality service, and hands-on leadership earned him the respect of others within the Precision Pro Wash network. Originally joining as a licensee with Precision Pro Wash KY, Brian’s leadership stood out, and in 2024 he acquired the national brand from its founder. His fellow licensees, confident in his vision and commitment, chose to join him in this new chapter of growth.
Under Brian’s direction, Precision Pro Wash has evolved from a small, local operation into a brand with national aspirations. He has also expanded the company’s offerings by bringing additional brands under the corporate umbrella—such as Christmas Light Contractors—creating new opportunities for both the corporate office and licensee partners.
With more than three decades of hands-on experience and a heart for service, Brian continues to lead with integrity, grit, and a belief that every customer should feel like part of the Precision family.
Hank Park
Chief Operating Officer
Hank Park began his career in service to the United States as a proud Marine, enlisting at the age of 17. Over the course of 15 years, he honorably served in more than eight combat deployments before being medically retired. Transitioning into the civilian world, Hank quickly found his stride in sales and operations management, launching a successful career that would span multiple industries.
He started with MCI, where he was one of the first 140 professionals to sell B2B long-distance services. His leadership and performance propelled him up the ranks, ultimately serving as Area Vice President. Following the MCI and WorldCom merger, Hank and two partners identified a critical flaw in the telecom deregulation era and co-founded one of the first telecommunications brokerage firms in the U.S.—C2K, headquartered in New Orleans. The company was later acquired by Qwest Communications.
As the telecom landscape shifted, Hank stepped away from the industry and relocated to St. Thomas, briefly enjoying early retirement. But the entrepreneurial pull remained strong. He returned stateside, settling in Charleston, SC, and co-founded a restaurant management group with nine locations across the country. Hank has since held multiple executive roles in marketing, commercial construction, and technology. During the COVID era, he sold his commercial low-voltage construction business and pivoted once again—this time into the digital marketing industry, where he became the COO of a global agency focused on scaling service-based companies.
Hank’s journey eventually brought him to Precision Pro Wash, where, after years of collaboration, CEO Brian Richardson invited him to officially join as Chief Operating Officer. Today, Hank serves as the key implementer of Brian’s national vision. His responsibilities span business planning, financial oversight, operational leadership, vendor negotiations, licensee support, and the strategic marketing of Precision Pro Wash’s core services. Hank plays a critical role in driving the company’s expansion across the United States, forging lasting partnerships, and executing on a bold, service-driven mission.
